Doing pretty well, thanks.  I got diagnosed as prediabetic in February, have gone on a low-carbohydrate regimen to keep my blood sugar in control, and have lost 50 pounds.  Youngest son leaves later this week to start a new job in NY.  Oldest daughter (divorced, two kids) is dating someone seriously.  No. 2 daughter is teaching in L.A., and No. 1 son is in his last year of college.

Wow.  Sorry about the diabetes thing, but here's hoping the diet is all you need.
