Hi there DL and anyone else who may occasionally stop by here. I haven't said hello in a long time. Life is chaotic and stressful at the moment -- okay it has been for the past year or so.

Busy!

I'm still running Stitcher's Guild, and I started an online button shop (http://yourbuttonshop.com) just a couple of weeks ago.

My Dad is in the hospital -he had a major stroke, and is paralyzed. Sad

DH and the kids are all doing fine, but life is hectic and sometimes really weird.

Love hearing from anyone here, though...miss all of you very much.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your dad! I can relate though mine still seems fairly healthy. His memory is going and though so far they don't think it's Alzheimer's, it reminds me so much of Mom in the early days. He's 80 and not really taking care of himself, I suspect he wants to die rather than go down that same road. I can understand that.

I finally had knee reconstruction - July 27 as a matter of fact. I'm walking a lot better now though it was much harder than I thought it would be. They tell me to count on 6 months to a year to fully recover. It will give me options but then, I need to be here to help take care of the folks so I don't know what exactly I will be thinking of doing.

I miss you, too!
